- Together we take an annual review of your priorities and the key challenges you're facing.
- Lumina One creates a strategy accurately aimed to fulfil these priorities and redress the challenges, keeping in mind where you're at in your fund cycle, your target investment sectors and themes, the market conditions, and your vision and values.
- Bringing this together we create a calendar of thoughtful digital campaigns, including all externally derived movements you would like to be a part of.
- We prepare for event-driven communications on new investments and add-ons, exits, fund closes, promotions and other good news that deserves to shine. We're ready to pull this communication trigger quickly as events happen.
- Examples of the prepared calendar includes: sector specific industry updates, portfolio company value creation profiles, ESG reports and insights, portfolio co news, charity promotion, values, vision & culture, team introductions & their stories, thought leadership, Women's Day, mental health awareness, awards and seasonal celebrations etc.
- Together we flex, test and refine the campaign calendar and agree the correct distribution matrix for each communication.
- Distributions would typically include: current and prospective investors, target investee businesses and add-ons, advisors (M&A, legal, DD), networks (Non-Execs, Chairs, operators etc), industry press (Unquote, Real Deals etc), industry databases (Preqin, Pitchbook etc) and your company LinkedIn page which individuals choose to follow.
- The look, design and feel of the work is created to be appropriate for the material and the target audience. Iterations are proposed in advance and are subject to prior approval.
- Throughout the year and at each event-driven trigger (new deals/exits etc), campaigns are presented to the appointed person in-house for approval.
- We refine and finesse at every turn using data and analytics to improve decision making.

All client information is stored securely in the cloud using a platform selected for its advanced encryption, compliance, and other enterprise-grade security features. Information can conveniently and securely be accessed and shared between Lumina One and you, the client.
We operate on the principle that no data platform is safe forever so we review the security of our systems annually and frequently upgrade as more secure technology becomes available.
If you prefer to add an extra layer of authentication to the files we hold pertaining to the work we’re conducting for you, we will put this additional measure in place at your request.
We can also add or work with systems you already have in place in-house.
Governance & compliance
Making sure we get it right.
We adhere to the highest levels of data and compliance regulation including GDPR (EU), the Data Protection Authorities (DPA) in the UK and UK GDPR in order to protect privacy and consent online. We will work together completing a series of checks to ensure we don't step outside of regulation.
With content, how do we get the balance right and (importantly!) not get it wrong?
We work in partnership with you and maintain robust processes and sign-offs - plans are tested and agreed ahead of time and every communication requires approval from the appointed Partner before it goes out. The distribution matrix for agreed upon campaigns is also agreed and signed off ahead of time so there are no surprises.
Distribution lists are closely stored and safeguarded subject to annual reviews, checks and technology upgrades.
